I bought my first Weimaraner in Melbourne in 1978. Her name was Graughans Kelsie - "Kelsie". From the first day I brought her home I was never to consider owning another breed. I had been won over by the Weimaraner's charm. My other two early Weis were Rossbrooke Carlos - "Carlo" and Jendeks Caitlin "Kara". I started showing  Kelsie & Carlo in Melbourne, but it wasn't until we purchased our next girl in 1990,  Ch Britfeld Give it to Them, and moved to Queensland, that I started really getting involved in the breed.

Our foundation bitch Australian Champion Britfeld Give It To Them is now the proud dam of eight Australian Champions and three CD titled dogs .  Her progeny, grand progeny and great grand progeny can also boast multiple Show, Obedience, Tracking titles and  Best in Show, Runner-up to Best in Show, Best in Group/Reserve in Group, multiple class in Group & in  Show awards, both here and in Europe.  She also has progeny & grand progeny successfully working in the field.

We are a small and relatively new breeder, yet we have been lucky enough to have had some amazing success with our dogs. Established in 1997, we already have 2 Grand Champions and 26 Australian Champions. In fact every litter we have ever bred, except one can boast an Australian Champion (and in that litter we had a dog who took in Group awards and "Best Movement Dog, Weimaraner Club Show", but his owners decided to stop showing before he was titled) In our most recent litters we have young dog on the way towards their title. We also own and have shown 5 non Feldjaeger dogs to their Austrabackgroundlian Championship titles. For more details click here

We have been members of the Weimaraner Club of Qld (Inc) for over 10 years, holding positions of President, Treasurer, Secretary, Rescue/Trophy/Show Officer/Editor  etc. I am also a member of the German Weimaraner Klubb

We hip score our breeding our dogs in line with the Weimaraner Club of Qld guidelines. Our dogs are lovingly house raised and our puppies are vaccinated. wormed and socialised. We offer on going support and advice to the owners of the dogs we breed and are always willing to help rehouse any of our dogs that , for various unforeseen reasons may need a new home. Our pups are often selected for the show and obedience rings and are also available as family companions.

We have an extensive support team for anyone who wants to have a go at showing or working their dogs. And every year we have a get together at our home for all the dogs we have bred.
